_{He looked up at me as pain rippled through his face, causing me to flinch. I reached out for him and he backed farther away from me. His fangs receded back to human size. He took a shaky step back; I had never seen him do that. His body was always like a machine, making graceful and inhuman movements. Now he looked like a broken machine and it made me want to fix him. “You didn’t hurt me.” I said brushing the blood off me neck with the back of my sleeve before showing him my neck. “See?” I asked softly exposing my neck. He groaned, almost dropping to his knees, his teeth pulling back out. I immediately tried to cover my neck. He chuckled, despite him having a war with the lusts running through his mind. “Afraid that you will become a monster?” He basically spit out the word ‘monster’. “ I don’t think you’re a monster.” I whispered, trying not to show how shaky my words were. He cocked his head to the side his now black eyes turning back to there silver color, the one I was use to, the one that didn’t scare me, make me want to ask him if he would bite me again. “James I want-“ he grinned obviously enjoying seeing me blush. “You what? Anna, you what?” I looked down, feverishly at my shoes. “I want you to do it again.” A grin spread across his face. “And what is that exactly?” he said in an innocent tone, jeez his voice was like music. “I want you to-“ I didn’t have time to finish; his hands were on my shoulders, his mouth intensely kissing my neck. If he hadn’t been holding me up I probably would have sunk to the floor. “This is going to hurt at first, okay.” I nodded closing my eyes, feeling his sharp teeth scrap against my skin, finding the perfect spot. A growl erupted from the back of his throat, as he pierced my fragile skin. My hands gripped his waist, my fingers digging into his lower back. It felt like someone was setting me on fire, and then it was gone and the best feeling came. A soft moan escaped from my lips and I could here the beating of my heart, ringing in my ears. It felt so good that I barely wanted to tell him to stop when I started to feel lightheaded, he pulled away immediately, still tasting the sweet blood on his lips, it was by far the best blood he had ever tasted. “James, can we do that again?” I panted; his strong arms were rapped around me, supporting me. He ignored my question, licking the wound until it was sealed. “Did I hurt you?” he mumbled his lips still pressed against my skin, loving its velvety smoothness. “Just a little bit-“ I admitted. I couldn’t lie to him for obvious reasons, he would notice when my heart sped up and plus I don’t think I could lie to him whether I liked it or not. “But then the pain stopped, and it felt good.” I added quickly and the horror that had spread across his face subsided. “We’ll see.” He whispered, pressing his lips to mine. I grinned with satisfaction. I pulled back slightly. “So is that a yes?” “You don’t give up that easily, do you?” I nodded my head and added a ‘Nope.’ for good measure. He smiled and kissed me again, this time it was his turn to pull back. He looked at my face and wondered how he ever got so lucky. Did he notice that every time he looked at me my head got dizzy, I blushed, he probably did. “You know if you turned me into a vampire you would never have to be alone again.” This was a subject he usually didn’t like to talk about but he went along with it, he didn’t want to spoil the mood. He smirked. “But then you wouldn’t blush like that.” He sighed kissing my neck and inhaling the sweet smell of the blood that was right below the surface. He pulled me closer. “Plus, I wouldn’t be attracted to your blood anymore and that would be a damn shame.” I shivered and he pulled back, and my hand immediately gripped onto his shirt, he tilted his head away from me for a second then kissed my hand. “I have to go answer the door, its Sean.” “I don’t hear anything.” I pouted pulling him into me again, just then the bell rang. He looked down at me slightly torn between whether to go or to stay. “Go get it.” I sighed, playfully shoving him. He pecked me on the lips and was out the door in a millisecond. Before I had a chance to blink he was back with his brother, Sean. “Hey Anna.” He said giving me a hug. “Someone’s looking sexy.” He said his eyes scanning my body. Adam growled. “Calm down lil bro.” James growled again he hated being called that. “So what was so important?” He said, speaking through his teeth. Sean became serious, and that almost never happened. “Their back.” James clenched his fist, his eyes turning slightly darker. “How many.” Sean shifted his gaze. “All of them.” James all but growled, his eyes totally black. “We are taking care of them, tonight, get everyone.” I took a step towards him and his head snapped towards me. “Stay here.” He ordered his fangs growing. I nodded and watched them disappear before I had a chance to ask any questions.

I must have fallen asleep on the chair in the living room, waiting for James to come home. I felt myself lift from the chair and tried to snap back to reality. I already knew who was holding me. “Adam.” I whispered trying to get the sleep out of my voice and head, I had to stay awake so that he could tell me what had happened, knowing he would want to wait until morning, always wanting me to rest. He looked down at me with a tired smile, if vampires could get tired. He placed me on the bed and then lay down next to me. I frowned, what happened? He smoothed it out with his fingers. “Sleep.” He whispered into my hair, pulling me into his chest, his body was like an icebox he must have know because he pulled a blanket over us, making it the comfortable type of cold. I shook my head I wanted to know what had happened. ‘Please, for me.” He added. I knew he needed time to think. I nodded and closed my eyes, going back to the dream where I was a vampire too.

When I woke up James' arm was still around me. When he felt me wake up he tightened his grip on me, I turned to him. “Morning.” He was nuzzling his face in my neck. I kissed his forehead and then his lips. He crashed his body against mine.I climbed ontop of him kissing my way down his neck and ontio his sculpted chest. He let out a shudder and gripped me tighter. I smiled into his skin. He hated not being in control. In a second he was ontop of me,inbetween my legs. He licked from my panty line to my breasts, stoping there to kiss them and take them into his mouth. I arched my back and tried to supress the moan that came from the pit of my stomach. He pulled off our clothes until it was just the heat from my body mixing in with the coldness of his. His lips found my neck leaving a hickey. My eyes felt like they were going to roll back into my head. «Tell me you want me.» he whispered. “ I want you.» said. «Louder.» I want you.» I said a little louder. LOUDER!» «I WANT YOU. NOW!» I yelled as he pressed his fangs into my skin and entering my body. I groaned,it hurt a little but it got better. He went in deeper,grabbing my waist. I griped his shoulders and parted my legs more. He felt me tighten up inside and all but collapsed from the feeling.After we climaxed he layed beside me holding my hand, each professing our love over and over again. James threw the blanket over our bodies just as his whole pack came through the door. James immediately froze from the look on his faces. «What happened?» he asked balling up his fists.»We tried calling.» he smirked for a second «I was busy.» «No shit Sherlock.» said Blake, winking at me. I grinned back, he was so funnny. He read there minds, keeping the conversation from me. Every few moments he would glance at me with pain in his eyes or growl and sometimes his eyes would flicker red when he saw something he didn't like.
«Somebody talk!» I yelled,the silence was killing me. Some of the jumped from the loud noise. «There after..» he swallowed and shuddered. «Spit.it.out.» I said growing tense.}
